What we do

Engineering from concept to working hardware.

Practical engineering support for software, electronics, devices, prototypes, and products that must operate reliably in the real world.

01

Embedded Systems

Embedded Linux, device drivers, firmware, hardware integration, and production troubleshooting.

02

Product Development

From early proof-of-concept hardware through functional prototypes and manufacturable products.

03

Robotics & Automation

Motor control, sensors, communications, Linux systems, and reliable software for physical machines.

Featured products

Purpose-built systems for real-world interaction.

Promotional system

Mystery Token

A physical promotional token and interactive kiosk system that turns customer engagement into a game.

Customers receive a token, return to the kiosk, scan it, and instantly discover whether they have won a prize.

Young Engineering Academy

Program in development

Build it. Test it.
Understand it.

Inspiring the next generation of engineers by building real projects with real tools.

Small, hands-on Saturday engineering classes for students around ages 9–10. Students will build real projects, learn how they work, troubleshoot them, and take the finished projects home.

Kids don’t need a professor—they need someone who has actually built things for a living.

Engineering is not just memorizing formulas. It is learning how to solve problems, test ideas, understand failures, and build something that works.

Students will work on real hands-on projects, learn the engineering behind them, and take each completed project home.

BUILD

Build Real Projects

Students create functioning engineering projects instead of only watching demonstrations.

KEEP

Take It Home

Each student keeps the project they build.

TEST

Learn by Experimenting

Students test ideas, troubleshoot problems, and learn why things work.

GUIDE

Small Classes

The program is designed around direct guidance and hands-on participation.

REAL

Real Engineering Experience

Classes are taught from practical industry experience rather than only textbook material.

SAT.01

Saturday Sessions

The initial program will use focused one-hour Saturday classes.

First project

Build Your First Robot

Students will assemble and test a small mobile robot, learning how each system works together to turn electrical energy and ideas into motion.

Practical mentorship

Learn From Someone Who Builds Real Things

Young Engineering Academy is being developed by a professional engineer with extensive experience building embedded software, electronics, hardware integrations, and real-world technical systems.

The goal is to give students the kind of practical engineering experience that creates confidence, curiosity, and a genuine desire to keep building.

Why MA3

Built by an engineer who has solved the 3 AM problems.

MA3 Engineering was founded around a familiar engineering experience: waking up at 3 AM because the solution to a difficult problem finally became clear.

We bring decades of experience in embedded systems, Linux, electronics, gaming technology, autonomous vehicles, hardware integration, and real-world product development.

The goal is simple: build dependable products, solve difficult technical problems, and turn useful ideas into working systems.

Careers at MA3

Help build systems that work in the real world.

We value practical thinking, careful execution, curiosity, and the ability to work across the boundary between hardware and software.
